- New Jersey All Attorneys - includes Associates, Partners & Counsel
- Washington DC Associates - includes all JD years
- Washington DC Partners - includes all JD years & Counsel
- Law Firm Openings - includes recruiting contact information and links to job openings for NY, NJ & DC.
- In-House Legal Openings - includes recruiting contact information and links to in house openings posted on company websites, with a search engine to define results
What cities are available in The Davis Lists?
Currently, New York, Washington D.C. and New Jersey. As we have done in the past, we will be moving back into other markets such as Chicago, California and Boston as the demand arises.
Can I import your database into my recruiting software?
Our system is compatible with Excel as well as most recruiting software programs. Encore, Act and PC Recruiter are a few of the programs that are compatible with our database. You can save searches on our website or import the data into a recruiting software system. You can contact our programmer to ask about a specific program or check your software system to determine if we are compatible.
How often is your database updated?
The Davis Group staff is continually updating the database, providing you with the most up to date information about attorneys available. We use multiple sources to compile our lists and all information is checked for accuracy. We keep track of those attorneys on family leave or leave of absence, those attorneys who have recently changed firms and name changes because of marriage. This information is available on the Details Page for each individual attorney. The attorney search database is updated on a daily basis. Every effort is being made to keep the material current and accurate.
How do I track new entries?
You can easily track new entries each time you log on by simply checking off a box. The system remembers your individual log in, so only those attorneys that have been entered in to the system since your last log in will come up. Or you can track new entries or updates (any changes that have been made to existing attorneys, such as email address, direct dial added, etc) by entering specific dates. You can do a general search for new entries or search within a specific criteria such as practice area.
Can I save my searches?
Up to 20 searches can be saved directly on the website. Your searches will be automatically updated when we do our updates. Or with the click of a button you can download a particular search and save on your computer. You can also download the database into your existing software. When you click on the download button a pop-up window appears and asks you to either open or save your search on to your computer. Searches are opened and saved on an Excel spreadsheet.
How do you determine who is included on your lists?
We select attorneys from the top tier law firms. Also considered are law schools and practice areas.
If I have more than one recruiter in my office can they use The Davis Lists at the same time? Are there additional charges?
For one subscription rate we provide your company with as many passwords as needed for your entire office. If you have offices in other areas, there are no additional fees.
Is customer service available?
Our customer service is available 7 days a week. We are always available to train new clients or answer any questions. We offer an on-line demonstration of the website for recruiters who are considering subscribing. We employ a full time programmer for technical issues and a website manager to help you with the search engine. Once you sign up you will have access to a Help Page. What are the costs involved for a subscription?
You can purchase a subscription for either 6 months or a year. We offer a discounted rate for first time buyers, as well as discounts if you purchase more than one list. You can be billed in two installments or quarterly. Please contact us for more information for your particular needs.
